Green tea is everywhere these days, unfortunately in America it is used more so as a marketing gimmick and people have no idea what real green tea is. Japanese green teas come in many different variations; there is literally a tea for every occasion, from every day beverages to ceremonial and spiritual events. Today, true Japanese green tea has entered the US market and is combating the American standards of over-sweetened "teas" that we have grown accustom to.
